Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of purchasing online, returns are accepted on ready-to-wear designs and will be fully refunded if returned within 14 days. This is on the condition that the headpiece is in unworn and perfect condition with return postage at the expense of the purchaser.
Bespoke designs will be created in communication with Susannah Greenman Millinery and designs can be adapted. We work with you during the design and creative process and keep you updated so that you are satisfied with the finished result before postage. If on receipt of the piece you are unhappy with any element of it we encourage you to contact us to discuss any changes we can make to ensure that you are happy with the finished piece. If you decide to return the headpiece after this process we will refund 50% of the total price as the deposit is non-refundable.
Shipping
Hats and headpieces are all shipped out via tracked courier services with insurance. We can offer next day delivery as an option. If there are any issues with shipping we will assist in resolving these however we are not responsible for handling once with the courier service.
